| 1. Return policy |

MissPouty accepts returns on apparel for store credit only. MissPouty must receive the merchandise within 14 days from the date the item is shipped to you. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. In order to facilitate the credit process, please return items in their original packaging. Return credits will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive your package at our return address. Unless an item is defective, MissPouty.com is not responsible for the return shipping charges.
No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the following items:
Any types of Accessories, Swimwear and Sale items.
These items are for FINAL SALE only.

| 2. Exchange policy |

| MissPouty.com carries limited inventory, therefore we are unable to process exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with an item (including size exchange), please return the item to our return address. Then place a new order online for an alternative product. |

| 3. Request of Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) |
| |
After deciding upon your options, contact our Customer Service Department within the time period specified to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After receiving an RMA, you may proceed to return your item(s).
To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you call or email our Customer Service Department:

2. Product name and identification number of the item you wish to return
3. Reason for requesting a RMA (Defective Item, Size, Unwanted or Unopened Item Refund)

1) All returns must be sent back to MissPouty address with prior authorization, i.e. a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
2) Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
3) MissPouty.com is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail to ensure that it reaches us.
4) MissPouty.com reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute; MissPouty.com's decision will be final.

| Defective Item Return |

| 1) MissPouty.com will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid, and if the defective items are returned via Regular Air Mail or Registered Air Mail. Return shipping costs will be refunded in MissPouty Store Credit within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your return. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods, including Courier Services or Express Mail. In cases of defective return, MissPouty.com will provide the same replacement item instead of a refund or exchange to a different item. |
